This piece was inspired by the Grateful Dead and the culture that surrounds it. The stone is Skaggs Jasper, a RARE jasper found in Oregon, and was cut by a small batch lapidary artist in their home studio in Oregon. This piece of art was entirely handforaged and I made it into this necklace with hand-sawn flower petal details - all handcrafted including sawing, soldering, stamping, stone setting, polishing, etc.
